Autumn

These two scarves use a reversible slip stitch to highlight long stretches of colors within a single skein of yarn.

The first one, in Crystal Palace Merino Stripes, combines one ball of the Curry & Spice with one of Coffee & Cream.  The result is a wonderful, fuzzy scarf that is slightly airy and gradually changes colors about six times.

The second scarf is a shorter, fringed version worked in the same stitch pattern. It can be worn wrapped around the neck or with one end pulled through a slit on the other end.

This scarf is worked in Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky, Gedifra Technohair, and Muench Naturwolle.  The Naturwolle creates shorter stripes than the Crystal Palace, resulting in a completely different look with the same stitch pattern.
